ups and downs
I have had a fairly good week. But today has been hard. As soon as I stop doing stuff, I start to cry. I miss Lisa so much. I want to call her and just chat. I hate that I can't. I have people I can call but I don't have the energy.
I am thankful for the good days and just have to ride out the not so good ones.
Have a great weekend everyone.

I have no words to help, I\'m sorry doesn\'t seem enough. I too want to call Landon\'s mommy to talk to him or just hear him breath in the phone and say Ann or momma. Why we as humans have to have feelings, love so deeply and miss our loved ones. I also know what you mean about keeping busy but, even then something will catch my eye and I will start to cry. I hope you have a good weekend.
Yes, just when we think it\'s safe to go in the water...there it comes again and everything comes tumbling down. I guess that\'s just the way it will always be - a good day followed by a bad one. Hold onto the thought that eventually another better one will roll around that you can embrace in the moment. Hugs to you and your Lisa ~ Joanna
Just very gentle ((hugs)) shared.
I hope you have more peace and comfort as you survive this.
The bitterness of living with the loss of my husband is wrapped in such wonderful memories and those reflections are such a precious gift. To lose a child is just so totally beyond us and is something none of us would ever think could happen.
For me it is our shared support as DS friends which keeps me hanging on.
Gentle ((hugs)), comfort and peace shared with you.

These \"grief bursts\" hit whenever they want. I\'m learning to go with them. Have a good cry, talk to myself or talk out loud to my son. Thinking of you/Debbie
Oh so many up and down days,,,just hate them too,,some days are better left in bed with jammies on...
It takes time but soon the good days will out number those bad days. Until then, like you said....ride them out. Try to find the energy to call just one person, it just may make the difference in your day. I\'ll give you my number if you need to talk. Much love. Robin
So understand.... Cry when you need to, smile when you can, and always remember we love you.
I understand my friend. Gentle care to you as you ride the wild wave of grief and hoping a gentle moment is yours in the midst. I\'m with you. Tight hugs, Joanie
