11,000 steps and migraine
Yesterday i went all over town... had to go to therapy, get my meds, stop for lunch... I ended up doing over 11,000 steps! I had some trouble with my contacts the other day and I think I messed up left contact and right contact because I have a HORRIBLE migraine. I'm just waiting for my next pill. Despite this, Geo decided he wanted me to make calls for him. His belly button was bleeding and he doesn't know why. I looked... nothing seemed wrong to me. Then I had to make a bunch of phone calls (with my migraine) and had him yelling at me when I wanted to take a short break. He is just high wired with getting this surgery done. I just wanted to do a quick update... I haven't been feeling well and not wanting to do journals.

surgery is very scary, i\'d be scared too.
i could NOT make phone calls with a migraine. he should have known better or made the calls himself.
feel better! no light. wear dark glasses. drink only two cups of coffee as caffeine both cures and brings on migraine. what med are you on? i take fiornal when i have a full blown migraine, and generally i use advil and coffee to ward it off with darkness and quiet and that works.
