I've been feeling ok but but have woken up with this feeling of anxiety in the pit of my stomach the last two days. I'm not sure what's going on. I've waited until around late afternoon to take my lorazepam both days. My hands are clammy...I don't know why I'm feeling like this.
I hope the lorazepam kicks in soon.
I'm supposed to go for a walk later today. I didn't go yesterday. I didn't feel up to it. I've been lacking in motivation for the walks lately. I'm not sure what it is. I'm hoping I can psyche myself up for the walk today. Maybe it will help with my anxiety.
Other than that, the negative voices that have been with me during the depression seem to be easing up a little bit. I'm not sure if it's the Cymbalta. I guess it must be since I haven't been doing anything else differently. It's either that or the fact that it's been sunny this week so far. And it hasn't been too cold.
I have noticed that the anxiety makes me feel a bit more conscious of the time. Or maybe being conscious of the time makes me anxious. Who knows which came first. I wait all day to get to the evenings and then when evening comes, I wish time would slow down a bit. I feel more relaxed in the evenings and better because my fiance is home.
