It very hard going on without you here everyday. I dont know how to get a routine going again or how to figure out what normal will be for me. Will I ever feel like I am at home again? I fear that i wont because you were my home. I felt safe and secure with you no matter where we were. I dont know how to get through this. I dont know when Ill feel like I can breathe again. Its not far that I have to go through this, its not fair that I have to feel all of this pain. This unbearable pain and watch everyone else go through there lives normally. I want my normal back. I wanna be annoyed that were still watching the same old shows. I just miss you and I dont want to have to feel like this anymore. Avoidance helps the pain only temporarily. I love and miss you and just want you back but I cant have you.

I\'m sorry for your loss. Both my daughter and I turned 34 and 3, respectively, just a few weeks prior to my wife dying in April 2013. It is hard but I can say for sure that it eventually gets easier. It never leaves but it does get easier. I saw your post. Cry. And cry often. I always found it helped to let the tears flow once they started, even in front of my daughter. It is in no way a sign of weakness.
Thank you for the advice... thankfully my daughter isn\'t old enough to realize what\'s going on. I just feel like I\'m supposed to be strong and some days I just don\'t feel like I have the strength. But I am surrounded by family and they have helped me a lot. And this site seems so awesome everyone has been so helpful and doesn\'t judge. Thank you so much for your input.
