Friday update: went to see Dr Padamadin b/c Jones is in the hospital. Blood pressure was normal again and they did another ekg. did a good job of telling padamadin what was going on. he gave me purple pill nexium sample and I took one and had one taco from chipotle with rice two types of beans and chicken. it was under $3. Victory! Good things come out of bad things. I am tested under fire. They are drawing my blood tomorrow, I get a referall to a dietician, and xanax to take before bed. Later: yet I'mstill exausted from that one taco. it was full to overflowing. and it had only been two hours since brekkie. doesn't make sense to have coffee but a bit will be a must it is 2. gotta make it to 5. when I get back, gotta ask beth to move my lunch to 12:30.I am ready. well I had quite a scare last night. I had the same chest pain I had yesterday and so I called my mom. I went to kroger and it was still high. my dad was in columbus so he came over and we went backand mine was high and his was low. so we went to the ER and they processed. me. they decided that since my risk factors were low and my heart looked ok I should take a GI cocktail for heartburn I suppose and it did help right away, made me numb and fine. I think I will get some of that at lunch time. This morning I woke up fine but when I was nearing work started to get it again. I think it may be nerves I should probably take a buspar. ER said I should follow up with my doctor but I didn't have to do it "tomorrow". I guess I will call and see what apointments they have available.
