lots of back pain yesterday. Ironically, we were talking about health, and I was pushing on this knot in my lower back, trying to stretch my front, then stretching my arms/ back UP a little, and I think that is what did it. It's called pinched nerves. Hurts so bad in my upper back the size of a basketball I wanted to cry all the way home. Took five advil to go to sleep. I guess I do have beginning fibromyalgia. I've got all the pressure point pains. I'm in denial. i think, if I eat as healthy as I can, keep my stress as low as I can, DO THE BEST THAT I CAN. I will beat it before it gets worse as I age. I am starting allergy shots too for my severe reactions to ragweed (and cats and dogs) lately. That is the best I can do. back feels slightly better this morning. very stiff and still sore, but I won't cry. not quite that bad, but I have a high pain threshold. Yesterday I ate a pork sandwhic on spelt with red onion. then I had a peanut butter chocolate bar (CHOCOHOLIC HERE!) Then I did an enema which was like a massage for my insides I needed. feel toxic, feel better. also took my fish oil which I never remember to do. I am motivated if it will help with my fibromylgia. Gave me gas. not bad enough not to tak eit though.

I have been drinking aloe vera juice, which I buy at Walmart (1 gallon is about $6.00 here in the midwest). I have a lot of allergies too. Unfortunately pain affects all aspects of your life, including allergies, bowels, and lots more. A few ounces of aloe vera juice has helped me alot. My bowels seem to work better and I feel cleaner and healthier. You have to find the right combination of things that will work for you. Best of luck to you!

Whoops! I accidently posted my comment twice. Also I meant to say a couple ounces per day of the aloe.
Don\'t do spelt. It has gluten. I ate that in place of wheat one day and just doubled over!
