Update: I went to the doc yesterday and my dizziness and general feeling of yuck was caused by allergies and severe nasal congestion. So my good doc gave me a prescription for allergies and told me about a nasal rinse I could do. I used to get sinus infections all the time so I'm glad we caught it before it got bad. : )
