not much to say. my kitchen smells like broiler ala steak. dined late, very late.......does this mean i am out of sync or that i have moved to spain? ay yi yi yi......vaya con dios.........(don't even know what that phrase means, if it's bad break it to me gently.)
i should like to have some castanets and maracas......and a bird to sit upon my shoulder. a small bird as i am very tired and need to travel light.
i wrestled the mattress pad onto the bed........good enough for this camper. if i could i would roll back the ceiling and sleep beneath the stars.........i think that would be lovely.
star light star bright i wish i may i wish i might........wish upon the first star i see tonight.

whisked together some homemade dressing & stashed it in the frig - look forward to fresh salad city tomorrow. excited that i made it to the food arena. got goodies and came back home after doing more than i should & less than i wanted.
maybe tomorrow we should all split swimming noodles in half.......and create race tracks for mini cars to slide down and over the finish line. i could put mine on the staircase, i have a couple of small cars around here somewhere............
i got the safe non toxic oven cleaner. now i've got to get me to sign the oven cleaning contract. knowing me i'll probably sign it as minnie mouse........i don't wanna do this job.
i think i almost got the insurance handled, not all but almost........getting really close. it is not a fun task. it ranks about a -15 on the fun meter. i recommend that you avoid this if at all possible. insurance inshmurance.........they red tape ya every chance they get. they can't do this cause they can only do that......until it is easier for them and then miraculously they can bend the planet to suit their needs. crafty bunch insurance folks.............wonder how long it will actually take until the dust settles?
read another book.....all written in prose.......a little girl's view of the world during the Oklahoma Dust Bowl........it was gut wrenching.......uplifting and amazing. i'm learning all the time, listening, learning and praying........and napping. napping seems to be my best subject. i'm doing lots of extra credit for resting 101.

Bah! You just reminded me that I should clean out the oven soon! YUK! Easy off does the trick. It doesn\'t have that chemical small anymore..finally! Gotta remember to put that on my \"to do\" list!
I wish I could read! UGH, I miss reading. I can read a short time in short portions, but I don\'t retain what I\'ve read and have to do it over. Rather time consuming. I can watch TV and follow a plot though! Odd things, these brains of ours.
Hope you get your insurance straightened out, and keep that good grade average on the napping. It never hurts us to nap. I\'m about to do that right now!!

Funny how different things jump out at different people when we read the same journal.
As for me, the idea of the noodle race sounds appealing as does as watching the old Cary Grant movie.
Now when the subject of insurance comes up, it makes my blood boil. Had so many run-ins with them over the years I had rather trust a used car salesman. Have told more than one insurance person off - particularly those that work in customer \"dis\"service. Told one that I hope she could sleep well at night because it I treated people like she did, I could not sleep.
Yes, sleeping or napping are major courses for us these days. A+ in napping but an F in sleeping. Of late I am excelling in \"bad dreams.\"
I saw that same noodle race thing and thought it was so cute. : ) The oven cleaning jumped out at me too. I have had grossness in my oven for 6 years and this is gonna be the summer I use the auto clean thingy. We just figured out it still works recently (and that my kid had NOT broken it long ago like we thought). and I know it will be Stink_Y! pee uuuuu. I\'ve been making homemade ranch that is very low cal and low fat, etc., and I\'ve been loving it. Hope you are feeling good xoxo
When you make a wish on your first star....i hope it comes true!!! I cleaned out the oven like once every ten years.... and i cleaned it this year.... so I\'m good to go for nine years!!! Luv and hugs.
