No problems with my two medications, Azilect and Pramipexol. My tremors seem to be gradually getting worse, but I manage just fine. I manage the tendency toward constipation by taking the hint as soon as I feel the urge. I have to plan ahead for the overactive bladder by emptying my bladder at every opportunity.
We walk two to four miles or bicycle ten miles or more almost daily. I am teaching myself to flat pick the guitar as therapy for fine motor skills in my fingers. I recognize that I have better rhythm control when I use larger pick strokes, but that creates an accuracy problem.
I have made arrangements to have a referral to the PD clinic at OHSU in Portland.
