The summer went by so quickly for me, even though it's been along time since I was on here.  I did a lot of relaxing and enjoyed my vacation time.  My husband and I went camping at the beach for a week.  We finished organizing the garage and it looks great.

My pain has been minimal and my fatigue has improved.   I know that's due to lower stress levels during the summer, but this says a lot.  If I want to have greater relief each day from my symptoms I need to manage my stress.  We'll see how it goes over the next few months.

I am experimenting with a sleep aid new to me: Midnite.  So far I have mixed reviews.  One night it really helped out well, other nights my sleep hasn't been as good.  I'm trying to lose weight so I'm laying off my usual sleep aid: a glass of wine.  I have also gone back to an anti-inflammatory diet as I was having too much pain each day in my joints from inflammation.  So far I'm doing well.  Now to just keep it up and make some progress!

I really believe we are what we eat and it sounds like your diet is helping you. I read somewhere that every disease is caused by a lack of a mineral so I have been taking shilajit which has 85 different minerals and it seems to be helping me.

I am glad you are improving and I hope it continues to improve!

God Bless
