Ugh.  I am slowly trudging through this report.  I really want to give up for the day, but I know if I do that I will be paying for it next week in the evenings after work.  I don't know whether I will have the ability or the energy to do it then.  Better get it done now.  

I was thinking about the whole job of report writing and how it's just a bunch of proofs.  I can't just go into a meeting and say, "These are my findings and conclusion." Everyone wants to see the proof of what I found in 5 different ways even though they don't know how to read it themselves and need me to spell it out letter by letter.  My problem today is that I haven't written a particular report like this before and I'm creating the format as I go. That always takes longer.  

Maybe I should take a break for an hour and come back later.
