Had an amazing day!  started off with a hug, first time in around 10 days we had touched at all, it felt amazing.  Home all day, had urges, ignored them all!!  got some house work done, texted with the wife all day.  We haven't communicated this effectively in years.  She said she is happy with the change, I know there will be bumps in the road and it won't be easy but I will be keeping my family together.  I got another hug before we headed off to bed and she even gave me a kiss.  I was shocked and I don't think I could hide the smile on my face. 
I didn't ever think that I could feel this good.  I don't why this weight and dark shadow was suddenly lifted off of me, I wouldn't say the timing was perfect but at least it came before I completely lost everything.  I haven't felt like this ever, with all that is going on, I just feel happy and it feels great!
