I love Japanese food. It's one of my favorites. What's your favorite type of food?

Unfortunately, my diet is extremely limited now. But, back when I could eat pretty much what I wanted, Italian was my fave. I also really liked Thanksgiving foods -- the turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and pumpkin pie! : )

I've never really tried Japanese food. Do you have a favorite dish?

I also love Japanese food, but more the "Americanized" version, such as teriyaki (chicken teriyaki or beef teriyaki) and with white sticky rice. No sushi or raw fish for me, though.

I am a meat and potatoes kind of girl. Steak and baked potato, hamburger and fries, etc.

Although I usually just eat chicken breast with some roasted vegetables (have to keep the weight down, ha ha).

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

    And its already been noted by the weather service as heat advisory today thru Wed here.I have a rack of St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs. I will use a charcoal snake method of two rows on bottom shingled around about 3/4 of way on outside of the grill. Then on top of those I will shingle a single layer of briquetted same around 3/4 of grill. Adding some chunks of wood every 3-4 inches around the grill.I...
