1 box of Jello or Great Value Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding or Pie Filling. 2 cups of low fat milk. Combine them in a medium size bowl according to the instructions on the box. Mix them together with a wisk until they are well blended and it starts to thicken up. This is instant pudding not the one that you cook. I use a desert glass for this because it looks pretty. and I use 1 cookie for each desert. I buy the zero sugar fudge striped shortbread cookies made by Voortman they sell them at Walmart. And I crumble the cookie and put it in the bottom of the desert glass. Then I top it with the sugar free or zero sugar chocolate pudding. Then I top it with sugar free whipped cream. And I am telling you it's good! you don't have to put the fudge striped cookie in it. They have zero sugar oreos now! But they were sold out of them at my Walmart so I bought these. And I don't want to stop eating good food just because I'm Diabetic that's all the more reason why I want to seek out new recipes and discover or should I say rediscover some of my favorite foods they just have to be made over in a healthier way. I haven't been here in a while to many of you I am just a new visitor. I've missed you Bill!
