video is just as I was getting ready to serve myself. Is short just 4 seconds. The cacking heard was because Happy came into house as you will see at bottom thru the doggie door which made that clacking as it swings back and forth until stopping.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I will make it again. It does have a pricey cheese in it but I think I could get away with a different cheese than the shallot and chives bourisan cheese thats $6.99
