looks yummie....I like cornbread...I have strayed away from corn though because of doctor who advertised probiotics on this site saying that all corn is now GMO to allow them to spray it with herbicides....that act like a nuke on the enzymes in your gut.....but I guess I do not need to worry about it...I eat corn chips and stuff that has corn meal....so what is the big deal? LOL

I seared two ribeye steaks tonight in cast iron frying pans for me and Bebe....I could possibly eaten more of mine but I stopped and will have left over tomorrow....
