I went shopping at Aldi last week just to grab some bread and milk and butter, when I saw a really cheap pork roast. It was already in a carnitas marinade. Put it in the Crock-Pot all day yesterday. It turned out so yummy! And it wasn't super spicy. We had it with baked beans and some broccoli in cheese sauce. What a great find!

Used to get to Aldi's more, and on the right day meats could be a real bargain. Depends on whether it's a mark down day or not.
