Hi ladytruee ive just checked the message board today and want you to know i am thinking of you and hope that your okay. I hope what i have to say inspires you to know that there is hope. when i first joined this group 3 months ago i was a devastated wreck. The pain i felt was so intense at times i didnt want to live but throughout my darkest days i had the support of good friends and susyP and her knowledge and the things i have learnt here by reading and all of you here .I sit here today 3 months later of NC and can honestly tell you time is healing. I have days still where he is in my thoughts constantly but the ruminating has eased a little. I miss him terribly at other times and the pain is still there but less intense. Beleive me this will happen for you too as time goes on,it will all become less intense.Keep believing in yourself that you will heal; from this and you are worth so much more. He is the loser here. He has lost a wonderful person who has a heart. He is just an empty,mindless shell. Stay strong xo

Ty harmony. I just have to make it. I realize I cant take any calls from anyone that knows him. This was to much. Even if his daughter misses me, my mental health is just not capable of processing any information that has to do with him healthy. I envision illusion after illusion. I have to accept the fact that I was with a pyschopath..and that it is what it is. Because right now I just dont know who I was with. I seem to think I was and am going to be his only victim..like I was the chosen one. Its sooooo hard being in this state...its emotional hell..like worse then physical pain. I want to get to the other side..its been almost 6 months and I get on track then I hear something and I am back to square one full force and deeper then before. I cant wait to get better!!!

I cant wait either ladytruee, I am the very same. I hear something about him and I am back to square one. I recently heard he was at this ladies house romancing her...down I went again. We will get better. I made a decision not to listen to anymore news about him, I am sure that will help. It is very, very hard, you are right its worse than being in physical pain.

Romancing her? You mean "entrapping her". N's aren't capable of love. Love is required for romance. If he's an N, she is being used. Just the way we were.

I can say, as we continue NC it gets better everyday. I stay away from his family, because I don't want to hear about his life. Even though he is in prison, I still get hurt by him having other women visit him.

For me, at least I know he is never getting out and he don't have a life. However, I still have pain of my encounter with him. I'm a witness even the worst senerio we can place these guys in won't erase the pain. I should be jumping for joy that he lives in inhuman conditions, and is locked in a cell with a man 16rs a day, if not 24. In our state even if he gets married he won't ever have conjugal visits.

My point is, even them hurting as bad as us, don't take the pain away. What does is us dealing with it, by doing whatever we need constructive to take care of ourselves.

Lady, you are in my thoughts as well. We are here for you.
