Women who Love too Much Community Group
WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.
I have been following this ladies blog for a few weeks, and she's very inspiring, she kind of puts me off as she goes on about fitness quite a bit….but today I found this quote and thought I would share it with you. Its made me think!
You can’t base your life on the past or the present. You have to tell me about your future. Now, you are going to tell me your story like you just did. Write it all down. Tell that story over and over. Tell me your sad-assed story all night. When you understand that what you’re telling is just a story. It isn’t happening anymore. When you realize the story you’re telling is just words, when you can just crumble it up and throw your past in the trashcan then we’ll figure out who you’re going to be.

Im still struggling today but trying to keep busy. I had my art class this morning and thats always helpful.
tomorrow I have arranged to join a business network group for women. I have booked to go tomorrow but already my mind is a whirl of reasons not to go….I get in such a panic, sick, hot, cold, shaky. Many times I have just sat outside not able to move. So silly. I am trying not to think about it at all, and just do it….kind of like the 'feel the fear, and do it anyway' approach.

I went and it was so great. It was about 12 women about my age who are all business women. Lovely ladies, very welcoming. I felt good. And i feel stronger for having done so! I even did a 60 second pitch about my art academy!
