I don't know what's worse. Knowing what he's up to, having mutual friends, being able to spy on his facebook account, anything that would give me an inkling of information.
I have none of that. He doesn't have an active facebook account, I don't know any of his friends, I have absolutely no idea what he's up to, if he's with someone new or what not. I'm curious.
I'm not actively looking for anything, in any case, I wouldn't know where to look aside from driving by his place or any of the bars he hangs at, which I won't do.
But still, a part of me is sooooo wanting to know if he's moved on with someone else.

I'm ok, but today, driving around town running errands, I found myself looking for his pick up.
I don't want to fall back into that obsessive pattern. Trying so hard not to :(

Yes. It is my first full day back. I wasn't sure if you had been following my story.
I have my moments. I'm very lucky and grateful to have my little boy to keep me company :) He's my strength.

the obsession is the problem. I try be patient with the process and I also try to remember all the crappy ways he treated me. how long have we been obsessing over what's really going on with them? we don't wanna do that anymore, right!! it's why we walked. we don't have time anymore for that crap.

Yes. Like you Swelsha, I have to keep reminding myself. I have to keep reading my journals and our text interactions. It's never taken so long for me to get over someone..I mean..has it? Or i don't remember the others?
I guess my struggle is why it's taking so long to get over someone I was only happy with for about 2 months, and this was almost a year ago. It doesn't make sense.

same for me girl! why does this one seem so much harder? I honestly don't know. I give up on figuring that one out. I just want to be done with it.

I'm so fed up of being powerless. So tired of still playing out what our next conversation is going to be like, even though I know that is highly unlikely.
I know I've made progress..as have you. But this is ridiculous, even laughable!

I've dated someone for a year and was over it in two weeks. This guy was three months and in two weeks I feel like I have only been apart a day the pain is excruciating every day. I guess there just isn't a formula. I just keep trying to get out of bed every day. For the first time is week I got mad. That was almost liberating. It's a process right? We will get through this.
