went to visit mom in rest home. i said hi mom how are you she answered not good you are not your sister.. it trigered me feeling im not good enough, want to see ex who is n also.
It is good that you can see the connection between Narc mother and Narc X. It lets you know why you were ever attracted to a Narc to begin with.
