Women who Love too Much Community Group
WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.
I think we all cycle. As a friend of mine said to me once "you cant be the Hulk all the time". I have real issues asking for anything from anyone when I need a little help but I'm finding it's ok to do that. Last night I had a very hard, extremely honest conversation with a man who desperately wants to be more in my life than I'm ready for him to be. I was very frank about my boundries, about what I am NOT ready for, that I am not whole and did not know when I ever would be, that I will honor myself and listen to my inner voice, that I needed time. I sobbed like I havent in a long time and I felt strong and weak in that moment but was happy I was staying true to my feelings. We just have to trust what we're feeling at that moment. Some days I wake up full of energy and happy, some days I dont. I dont know why, nothing has to happen. When it's quiet, I trust the quiet, when there's energy I go with it. When something makes me uncomfortable I acknowledge it. I'm still learning about me. I don't think I'll ever be the person I used to be, maybe I dont want to be. Maybe the new me that I'm discovering will be better equipped to face life and make better choices than I have in the past. I hope so.
and thats very true solo, and i know alot of my life is based around my cycle... cause i could be fine, but a couple weeks before my cycle... i literally go nuts. its hard to deal with. but western medicine these days.
here, take this drug, perfectly safe and apporved, then six months later a bunch of people die from blood clots or whatever. or they find that it increases suicide. meds are just to scary, even if there is one out there that would help me, but i know plenty of people they have hurt as well.
Have you tried Evening Primrose Oil pills? You can find them anywhere and it really does help with PMS. It is completely natural and no side effects.
I see myself as strong and capable in some areas; not good enough in others.
I had strong messages all my life that I was not good enough. It is a hard message to deprogram, but I am working hard to do so.
We are here to become what we were meant to be, which is not listening to old tired messages that do not serve us and our not in our highest and greatest good.
