Here I go again.
It's friday, last summer weekend of the year, I've had a very rough 2 weeks of nonstop work. My son is at my mom's so I'm free to do as I please. Except I have no plans. My gf's are all too exhausted to funsction, I'm the only one who's up to going out. So guess what I'm thinking.
I don't wanna call him but man do I wanna see him. I wish I could just text him 'hey! let's go out!' and just enjoy an evening of drinking and dancing and laughing...the worst part is that if I were to do that, he'd jump at it. All I have to do is say the word and he'd spend the night with me. It's not even about sex, we wouldn't even go there but I know it in my bones, he would love it if I'd extend the invitation.
I hate this.

and the hormones/pheromones will be wafting all over the place... and oxytocin and estrogen will cause your heart to blush and bat it's eyelashes -- don't do it !

I won't do it. Absolutely not. I have too much power and would be giving it all away in one single 3 worded text.
It just kills me that I'mm still feeling this way.

The feeling doesn't get better, it just changes. My ex has been in contact, I've been silent. Yes I feel the power but i still want him. It's a no win situation. I don't trust him.
Even if he's hurting, I know he can only hurt me more.

Dangerous. Yes. Because knowing that he's 'thinking' about me, whatever that means, only makes the temptation that much stronger. I know he'll reciprocate, and that is a perfect recipe for disaster.

Great choice. Sushi and satire. :) stay strong Miss. We are looking for the long term not the short term fix. It would feel good for a minute, and then hurt forever. Big hugs.

The oxytocin/pheromones/estrogen thing is what makes me not want to see him. It's like he sprays pheromones every time I'm around him and it makes me dizzy and I forget my name, where I am and what I'm doing. It's like my body suddenly explodes around him. And that of course gives him a direct message that I want him.

I hate this feeling. It's like I completely lose control of myself.
