Women who Love too Much Community Group
WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.

OMG i received a text from the XN.First contact in 2 months to tell me hes girlfriend has come back to Australia and they are over. Said he was thinking about me. I cannot beleive this i am literally shaking. I have not responded and dont intend to ive just started to have terrible ruminating thoughts.I also have the other woman who he was cheating on me with rings me everyday to talk to me.She is a nice person but im trying to get over all this myself.I dont want to hurt her feelings but i dont know what i can say anymore.TThe only positive thing is ive just got a new job in a different state. Im leaving Sydney to live in Melbourne as i have a few friends there so am hoping the fresh start helps me move forward.I just need to stay strong with the NC.

I feel for you so much. My XN did this to me many times before I finally had to do everything there was available to have NC. Remember Ns are all about supply. He is currently suffering a Narcissist injury, because the new source has discovered who he really is. You say that his girlfriend is a nice person; she would have to be, Ns don't go for selfish or unkind people; how would they get their endless needs/demands met. You really need to stay strong right now - if you have been instrumental in opening this woman's eyes and enabling her to wake up to the N more quickly; I applaud you. Now is the time to pull away from them both; your ExN and his girlfriend have their own journey - if you continue to support her or allow him to play mind games, you will become ill and all the plans you have worked so hard to develop will surely come crashing down around you. Change your number, get on the plane and don't look back. I wish you luck and as for your ExNs girlfriend my heart goes out to her also - she will find her own way of dealing with the aftermath; you are not responsible for her or anyone else; only fpr yourself. God Bless x

Your advice sounds very sensible thank you spiritoKim. I know i have to have NC.He has rattled me now by contacting me.getting on the plane and not looking back is what i intend to do.And i agree that woman has her own journey im not strong enough yet to give anyone else sound advice over the aftermath.x

I think I lost track of something here, harmony....you are in australia, an XGF is in australia, the last gf is coming back to australia and Xguy is where?

From what i understand here, he is a narcissist, now single and texting you again? If that's the case, good job not responding!!! Now that he's single he's going to be bothering you again. Stay strong with the NC hun. Is there any way you could block his texts? You may want to consider this, as there is a good chance he may continue to text you and it sounds like this has really affected you in a negative way.

It is a little confusing solo60. There is myself and one other lady back here in Australia he was playing both of us at same time then discarded us and moved overseas for a job and took his latest supply who has now left him and come back to Australia. He is still overseas but i am scared that now she has left him and he has contacted me that he may come back. The job he took is only for 12 months anyway.Hope that explains things.

Yes, I understand now. So when he returns to Australia he would potentially have three fall back females lined up...I think you've probably read the discussions about how N's try to keep a supply in reserve and don't ever cut themselves off totally unless they know you're onto them. Don't let him make you part of that harem, harmony.
IMWHOLEAGAIN
There is away depending on you cell phone carrier to block his number and his text< call them and check it out.

Do not respond (any supply is reply) and do NOT let him know where you are going. If you have a smart phone do as IMWHOLE suggest and block him. Do not count on yourself to be strong. Block him and you do not have to worry about responding, you will never know that he called. I have had xn blocked since 2 months post break up from phone, IM, and email.

susyP i have not responded and wont because like you have said i cannot count on myself still that i would be strong.I still worry about him at times and some days im doing so well and others i feel like im so weak and falling apart. Its been through the support of this group of women and some good friends that i still make it through. Im looking forward to my new start and hope it helps me further cause some times i wonder if i will ever find peace of mind again and that scares the Shtttttttttttt out of me. Once again i couldnt do it without you all.

I agree with the girls. do not respond. I have had issues because my ex is a liar and tried to talk to him after and keep a friendship...lets just say it was pointless, just like the relationship i was trying and he was lying. Stay strong. If you feel uncomfortable talking to any of them its ok just not to answer or talk to them. I know the feelings of guilt and feeling bad for them, but you have to do what is best for YOU!!! I gave him a chance to talk and it feels like it still hasn't ended they keep talking to and within the family and im exhausted. Just today I made the decision to go into a hibernation mode away from EVERYONE. Take this time to heal and do what I need to do without any setbacks and listening to any pointless or meaningless gossip! Good luck harmony 7 stay strong!
harmony7
