WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.
I have just been reading the book 'living with the Dominator' and thought I would share this.
As a WWLTM I am always struggling to see what is abuse and what isn't…I suppose part of it is that I don't realise I can expect better or am worth better.

It was interesting in its explanations of what constitutes abuse, how it affects us and our children, what the opposite of abusive behaviour is.
It might be helpful in clarifying red flags!
