Women who Love too Much Community Group
WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.
1. I am a much better communicator now. I can speak in a healthy way. I can express my feelings, wants, needs.
2. I am far more self aware now. I know what I'm feeling, when I've been triggered, and why.
3. I set better boundaries (still need improvement) and am not as much of a doormat as I used to be.
4. I am the master at spotting red flags and doing research on someone before I get involved.
5. I don't tolerate abuse anymore and even though I still give people a few chances before I'm sure, I walk away when I realize a situation is toxic.
No man can save me, rescue me, or make me love myself.
I don't date men addicted to alcohol or drugs, gambling or porn---
I need to know who I am, what I want and be on purpose before I can feel good about dating
When it comes to my son- I am a no bullshit mom. If he disrespects my son. Im done.
Relationships are great for learning and seeing who you really are when you stop looking at your partner.
