First of all hi girls! I missed you!
I did have a good week apart from being ill….
So there was I on holiday with my Husband in a beautiful place, thought I was having a really nice time, so peaceful.
Day 2 - bam - woke up and was ok then dizziness beyond anything I have ever had and every time I moved my head I vomited, it was so horrible. I managed to get from the bathroom ( with a bucket!) back into bed and slept for a few hours and was better by the end of the day.
Any one else had this?!
What do I do ?
I do generally feel 'swimmy' in my head and have PTSD.
but I thought I was better than I have ever been.
Have een on Zoloft for about 3 months and feel so much better!
any ideas?!
And Husband did look after me well, he was very sweet. I felt so helpless!

vertigo is not uncommon...
glad you were able to enjoy the rest of your vacation...
do you still have it???????
I am feeling especially panicky and dizzy right now, Im not sure why. Maybe its part of my PTSD as I have been shaking so much these last few days.
