Women who Love too Much Community Group
WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.

there is a thing called "controlled crying" where you gradually build up the minutes you leave a baby to cry before soothing them. I strongly recommend you have a well planed program before you start this process-it will only work with planning, persistence and partner support. If you launch into just letting her cry without a plan, you won't succeed. Your other alternative is the "family bed" as suggested, but remember that with this method, you need to be prepared to have a child in your bed for about 5 years. If you don't want this, now is the time to make the changes. The controlled crying method was devised by an Australian Dr, Christopher Green-see if you can find something on the net.
Good luck!!
