WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.
Yes, A new me......I wish to create....have tried to do it so many a times in the past....have been successful partially sometimes...only to discover later that I am still the same..may be have gotten worse. But this time it is going to work...I know...for I have learnt and practised to be patient with myself and have faith that there is a superior power who comes to my rescue whenever I need.
Today I want that superior power to forgive me for all my manipulations, lies and inncorrect conduct....in return I forgive all the people who have ever been mean, unfair to me or wronged me(The ones who wronged me too were humans with shortcomings..just like me).
Today I am going to assure myself that I am forgiven and I have forgiven.So today I have a clean canvas.
And tomorrow I will think what I want to write or paint on the clean and fresh canvas of my life......

That's is beautiful. It asks that you move away from being a victim and become empowered despite the pain and circumstance of your life. That is a wonderful place to be. I can see it just over the horizon.
True forgiveness would bring empowerment to do what needs to be done to be the person that I want to be. I really believe that.
Thats where I want to be.

The un-knowing is what has always scared me. That is why I like to control my own life. Well its gotten me no where so I like this quote and the thought of "the new me" Thanks Kuhu.

They are not sections of equal size...now I need to imagine the size each of these sections have...based on weightage I should be giving them and how exactly I want progress/improvement there.
Sounds like a good list.
