WHEN BEING IN LOVE, MEANS BEING IN PAIN... This group is to help women through the journey of realizing they can love themselves. To help realize that they are capable of having a happy, healthy, whole relationship and break the cycle of abuse and heartache from loving emotionally unavailable men.
Spent quality time with my son.
Working on a budget to get my finances under control.
Cleaning my house.
Listening to music that I love that speaks to my heart and soul.
Had an intake at a new counseling/support agency and am going to be getting a new counselor and also a peer counselor so I have more emotional support in my life.
Made and appointment last week to see an alternative practitioner for possible hormone/thyroid/adrenal issues (I've been ill for awhile now with exhaustion.)

Its great you are posting - and I don't think I said hello before - so hi! My story is on my profile. Its like so many others here, abused, confused and refused!!!
anyway, glad you had a good day and some positive things happening for the future, thats great. Focus on that!
Do something nice for yourself, go for a walk, have a long bath, watch a movie - you deserve your own kindness!
