No Cal.....not a gallon....it's 99 cents per "litre"...there are 4 of your gallons to our one litre...so basicly it would be 99x4....almost $3.96 per gallon....I'm in Canada...we use the metric system here. We're still paying more for gas in Canada than in the United States...which I don't understand because we export gas....we don't import it??? makes no sense really....but then again what sense does our governments make?? LOL

So at .99cents a litre .. by comparison it would be $3.75 for a US Gallon. Technically our old gallon when we were on the Imperial System.. never did equal a US Gallon (that about complicated hehe)
Zephora what gas mileage does your Honda get and how big is the tank? What is the cost of gas per gal. there?
