Lately I feel alone also. I have a man in my life but I feel like he is never available what makes it worse is that we recently had a child together. He told me it would be like that because he has to work and goes to school but I thought maybe it would be different. Now I am not only lonely but very tired also. We do not live together and I work full time. So I feel like I am in it alone for the most part. Now I am beginning to build up anomosity toward him because he can leave the house whenever or sleep all night. I'm not sure what to do we fight so much because I am so angry due to this issue.

i can relate and understand that even in a room full of people who may care u still feel alone. u feel alone but are not alone as we feel it too or have felt it. so fact is u are not alone and can feel so within this group who will understand relate accept and listen enough to fell less alone talk to us we are here for you

At times I feel lonely and then I have to force myself to get busy or I'll call up one of my sisters, mother, or two good friends and that usually takes care of it. Also, taking long walks with my dog helps. Also, getting involved in a knitting project or watching a really good movie makes it go away.
