Dam it! 

I had a standoff with him shouting at me and I was defending myself. He wanted me to go with him to the barbers and Tesco while he brought alcohol. He said we are over if not. I said fine. Then when that move didn't work he tried blackmailing me.  I must secretly record on a device because he fools everyone else. 

Yesterday we were outside together grocery shopping, a nightmare. He was in M&S coming across aggressive. I am waiting for them to kick him out. 

I felt ill while he was shouting and he thought I was making it up.
