so it's Prince Charming's birthday..... Older son and his girlfriend take off work early to get here in time to take him to dinner. He was pretty heavily " medicated " for most of today. Of course, he just has to add two glasses of wine to the mix while at the restaurant. Such a fool... Dozing off during the meal, getting just belligerent enough to get under my skin and embarrass our son in front of his gf. We skipped dessert and came right home . Son and gf tried to hang around to make it a " family celebration", but gave up after he passed out within 10 minutes of getting home. No drama really... We are used to this behavior, but so sad. I'm being a little pissy but don't care since he won't remember anyway.
right now he is intermittently falling asleep while looking at you tube, each time he falls asleep his hand hits the screen and music begins to blast, waking him up. If this was a " stoner movie " I could make a mint from filming it. ( at least he is not eating pretzels lol)
oh well happy holiday weekend, thanks for listening, I no longer feel like exploding.... and for that you have my greatest gratitude.
