Update: I have kicked him out of the house bc he tried to kill himself and almost died. He refused to stay in the hospital for treatment so they created a "safe plan". I told him I can't trust this "safe plan" around our kids and to go get help with this safe plan and than we will talk. His boss is offering to help pay and will hold him accountable. If he misses 1 session he will lose his family and job... permanently!  He gets evaluated tomorrow and will be put into a program to help with his drug and alcohol addiction. I pray it works!
