We come here and attempt to alleviate some of our suffering by either sharing our stories, attempting to comfort one another, or to look for guidance.

I am grateful to each of you.

I just want to post a happy post in a place where happiness is often lacking as a way of saying thank you to all of you for showing me that I am not alone, and my story is the same as thousands if not more people who live with a partner who is addicted to a socially-acceptable, family-destroying drink.
