Amen. I used a similar quote at work last week when they guys were comparing my competence to the incompetence of males in the company doing the same job. I told them 'Want something to do the job of two men?...one WOMAN'.
Apparently I'm well known in our area as being one of the few people who does my job RIGHT!
I don't know if that's true or not but I just go to work and do the best I can.

I do my job to the best of my ability too. It just seems that males get more praise when they do a good job. Sometimes I feel females are under-appreciated.

So agree with all these comments but also feel that women don't rate themselves too highly either or stand up for own sex enough, maybe if we women stood together and stood up for each other we might be better appreciated - good for you ALC, that's the way to go.
