The crown estate, purchased the whole of the area which is now a retail park, so not just MacDonalds, but lots of other shops and business premises there too.. They pay the crown estate rent as she owns the buildings and land.. Acquiring the retail park brings her property portfolio up to 92 million, and businesses there say she is a good landlady...I'm loving it... ha lol XXX
