I know that isn't very funny but it is how I feel right now. I don't mean to sound a bit flippant. But I gotta throw in a laugh here and there. I am really tired to crying.
I wasn't going to post this as I feel like I keep bugging you all. However,
IT JUST KEEPS COMING!!!!
We had an upset over the weekend. Dennis's neck started to swell and there was a large knot on the side. Went to Urgent Care saw Dr. Jerk...(not his name) His was totally rude and disinterested. Told us to put heat on it. 20 min on 20 min off. 4 hours later the swelling had increased 100 fold. Called Dennis's Doctor on Monday (1 1/2 hours away). He said to come immediately. Which we did....He scheduled us for a CT scan on Tuesday then another one on Wednesday. There is a 4 X 4.5 cm mass in there. Dr. then informed us he wanted a Ct Guided Biopsy done STAT. STAT in this case means some time after Tuesday the 7th.
As we get more information I will keep you informed.

I'm so sorry to hear of all the troubles heaped upon you. I'll Keep on praying for you and Dennis during this very difficult time. Hope they can do the biopsy the 8th....not knowing is half the battle....the unknown.
This is so very hard...Dennis had a coughing problem a little bit ago...I though I was going to have to take him to the ER or call 911 but he pulled out of it......I was so scared...He talked a little tonight about what he felt if this was the big C. He said he didn't think he wanted to go through all the chemo and radiation.....(I don't know if they would give him that option, he is so weak from everything else), however, hearing him say he didn't want it was very hard. We are trying to be realistic but dang.....
I miss my parents so badly right now.....Have you ever wished you had a physical (not spiritual...I have that always) lap you could crawl into and have arms around you and some one whisper oh, so softly " You'll be Okay."?
Just between you me and the lamp post I am scared and I don't feel very strong and I truly wish I had some lap and arms and whispers,. I can say that here because I know Dennis won't see this.
