I was extremely shy as a child. But now I like to think I'm out-going. I like to surprise the clerks at the store who say Hello. I say Hello back...how are you doing ? Most are so surprised and appreciate me asking them that...they perk up and give me such a nice smile ! I love it ! :-)

I am like LindaJean. I smile a lot , will speak to most anyone & always say hi to the people helping me, calling them by name if they wear name tags. I always say thank you & enjoy their day......all that comes from dealing with the public as a bank representative. Plus sugar & honey can achieve more than vinegar!!! I'm outgoing, but occasionally have my shy times.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
