I guess it is "C". I thought it was a fear of bullets, so maybe missiles are in the same catagory.

This is an odd one, I think I had a touch of that when I was a teenager, I remember being terrified of someone pressing the button and nuking us all. I guess the threat is still there but it doesn't worry me now (much lol)
