Hi I found this on Wiki answers but don't know whether it is right or not but does make sense

This term most likely originates from bull fighting, where the matador would wave a red cape at a bull -- a color that enrages the bull and causes him to charge. Seeing red is acting like a bull seeing that cape...getting so angry that rationality is lost.

Problem is that bulls (like a lot of animals) can't actually SEE red as a color. They lack the right number of rods and comes in their eyes. It isn't the color that makes bulls charge but the waving of the cape. Otr whatever you're waving at them.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
