William II was accidentally shot by an arrow but it is uncertain whether it was an accident or not 1087-1100
Edward II (That was just unpleasant, we weren't very nice to our Royalty in those days) 1307-1327
Richard II was murdered, possibly by starvation in prison in 1400
Henry VI was murdered in the Tower of London in 1471
Edward V was only 13 when he was murdered in 1483

Not sure these were mysterious, William they weren't sure about and Richard II definitely died in prison but how is still uncertain.
The others were definite murders rather than mysterious. There are probably more after that.

What about Richard the 3rd? Wasn't he killed on the battlefield but it's been rumored that he was killed by his own troops?

Good point AL he was very controversial as he was the one who killed both his nephews, one was Edward V who was 13, I knew he died on the battlefield but didn't know it was by his own troops but is not really surprising, the English were such nice people in those days.

I don't thik it was ever proven he was killed by his own people but I read it's long been suspected. Considering how many enemies he made it wouldn't surprise me. He lived in a particularly vicious age.

Yay I love history, it is strange that I am doing an English Literature Degree and I think I have learnt more history through this than I ever did at school. The last year I did I had to read Henry V, not a great fan of Shakespeare but I did enjoy reading Charles Dickens books, it's not just the reading, we have to study the culture and history at the time of writing and this is what I think I enjoy most although sometimes I think it's just great to read the books.

No Sun it was a little more dangerous being part of the Royal Family in those days than it is today but of course they are still a target by certain groups so still not the safest family to belong to.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
