Those are tasty little devils.
Do you still have afternoon tea in England? When I was there that was very popular. scones and hort tea as I recall.
So I thought I had solved the butter issue by buying "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". Well - I just watched a video that indicated these diet margarines actually make us fatter - no kidding!! Apparently since our bodies don't know what that fake butter is - our bodies send it right to fat. Not even a chance to work those 50% calories off.
But I'm am opting on not believing that - I just can't give up my butter - fake or not :)
I don't think I have actually eaten a Muffin but I must admit that if Cream Teas are on offer with Scones, Butter, Jam and Clotted Cream then I am afraid I am there and even though I drink coffee as a rule I am there with the cup of tea that goes with it, can't resist, luckily they don't do it to often where I live they are so tempting. I do love scones in all forms they come in, plain, fruit and cheese yum.
