False - I live in California - and I have set many mouse traps without a hunting license - - but that is very funny.

Needing a license to "hunt" a mouse conjures up an interesting image. Gear, guns, gas masks - for a little mouse? I know you said a license to set a mouse trap - but still - hunting one? LOL - that cracks me up.

However, if it is true I will eat my words.....ok I'm off to find out. :)

OK well Snopes says it is false - it may be on a list of 'loony" laws Snopes says - but actually there are laws that require immediate extermination, when one realizes that they have a rodent infestation, in any manner necessary to kill the varmints.

Again knowing how crazy the law is I am going with TRUE but am probably wrong, perhaps it depends on the type of mouse, their are mice here in the UK that are on the protected species list so it may not be as crazy as it sounds lol

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
