I would pick smart.

If i were very intelligent, I could find a way to become rich, and when I became rich, I could have surgery to become better looking. (nothing like having it all lol)

Perphaps I could work to find a cure for a disease or find ways to make life better for other people.

Yep give me a big brain.

I'm going to chose Beautiful as with Smart and Rich I would still have to undergo painful cosmetic surgery but if I was beautiful I would first marry Rich for obvious reasons, divorce him and marry Smart who would help me keep my riches and all with no painful surgery involved, watching Bridalplasty has made me realise I could not go through what those girls did..

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
