I had a 5th grade student ask me if I wld fail students just b/c I didn't LIKE them. I said "Why wld I fail a student I didn't like....I wld have to bother w/ him another whole year?"

I was kidding.... and of course we can't do that. But it was funny.

I love that Sun it made me chuckle.

The only thing I can say is how many times I have been asked for directions in a place where I have no idea where I am. It happened the other week I was looking for a doctors surgery in a place I hadn't been before and a woman stopped her car and asked me where a particular road was and I said I have no idea but then said I am lost too and don't suppose you know where the doctors surgery is and she laughed and guess what she said 'no'

That was funny Sun'. made me laugh...Sharon i got that all the time, when we moved into another area everyone would always ask me where was this or that place.......My Dad points to old photos of his grandparent and their contemporaries and says 'oh do you remember their dog or Nana's budgie or Nana's mum '...I am like...... dad I am 43, do the math...

When I worked at the health food store I had a customer come up to me with something and asked 'Do you have any of this that's dated beyond the date that it's dated?'


And one time my dad showed me his list of all the kids and our birthdays except on mine he had the wrong year. I mentioned it and he said "Are you sure?' I said "Well I think so but I'll ask Mom. She was there at the time I think she'd remember when it was."

Its happened a couple of times when out shopping I've been asked by a store's customers if an item is stocked - don't understand it when the store's employers wear a uniform.

I get that all the time. And employee can be standing within feet of me and a customer will come up to ME and ask me something. Doesn't matter where I am, what kind of store, nothing.

just this week i went to the ER. i was in extreme pain. they needed a urine sample and when i came out of the restroom, i was holding my stomach, grimacing, and crying. and a nurse walked by and said 'why are you crying? are you in pain?'

Duh definitely a silly question Keep, what's with these people.
My friend and I went to our little shopping area near me and for fun my friend went into a shop that only sold candles and said 'Do you sell Candles' and the woman behind the counter chuckled and said 'No sorry we don't'
