I step in and put a stop to it, how depends on the situation.
I am hopeless if I am being bullied but am able to stop it happening to someone else, how crazy is that.

Step in and put a stop to it. Went through enough of that as a kid growing up to let it happen to someone else now.

Good name Clay, my son and my daughter are excellent peacemakers, although me and my son don't make a lot of peace between us but outside of the family both of them have a natural gift of sorting out other people's problems. My daughter has even gone on a training course in Mediation and they said she had a natural gift for it.
I think AL that is exactly the reason I hate to see it happen to others because I too was bullied and it's horrible.

It's one of the reasons I went into law enforcement and security.

Physically being bullied? I would definately step right in and give them something that will bully right back! There is no excuse for that

Once when I was a kid my dad was driving me home from school and we came upon four or five boys beating up another boy. My dad stopped the car and gave the bullies what for them drove the kid they were picking on home. I knew him. His name was Joseph. He was crying and said his shoulder hurt. My dad drove him home and told his mom what had happened. We didn't see him at school for a while. When he came back his arm was in a cast and a sling. The boys had broken his arm. But he came up to me and thanked me and told me to tell my dad how grateful he was that we'd stopped. I don't know what happened to the boys that did that.....it was long before today when they'd have been arrested for stuff like that. back then it was 'Oh boys will be boys.' I didn't agree with it then and I don't agree with it now.
My dad was an asshole but I always admired how he stepped in at that time.
