God bless and stay strong!
It seems as though life is being unkind. Death has deprived you of your soulmate. Please take things one day at a time. There is no way around this horrible thing called grief. The only way is through it. This forum has really helped me and I pray it does the same for you. Stay strong. Don't be too hard on yourself. Take care!
My prayers are with you
yes, I know how you feel when you are surrounded you feel the most lonely and the house is so quiet that it is deafening and when you sit or sleep you feel so empty and the pain of lost wakes you constantly.
I watch my wife of 20yrs slowly die from rare cancer and I grieved every day and it was a rough time see her get weaker and weaker, but she stays strong and fought so hard till the end.
When my father died in a truck accident the military doc told me to talk about his death and do n't hold it in or it would slowly eat at you and you will not move on and grieve. it helped me and I felt better and I watched my sister and she didn't talk about t and never has gotten over her grieve and the loss of our father.
Take your time and when ready talk about it and it will get better slowly and don't stay in the darkness we go into....you have plenty of years left to see out and also your son needs you even more now.
