I am glad that your family is safe. And I have to agree with myhusbandisanangel. She helped me out with the most darkest minutes of my life and if it was not for her I would not be here. After she got me through my darkest minutes I started a journal and you know it did help me, sometimes I write in it more than once a day. Yes drink lots of water as I didn’t and it was hard on the eyes, but drinking water does help. I hope this is of some help. God Bless you. Karen
